     SomatoEmotional Release is an extension of Dr. Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy, following the same guidance from your Inner Wisdom to gain clarity in  what is hidden under uncomfortable emotions and limiting thoughts. 

     In this session, Alexa follows the cues of the body to the place where the client's Inner Wisdom is asking for a shift in Consciousness. The client is supported every step of the way as he or she travels down this inner path to find parts of the self that are ready to come out from the unconscious into the conscious and be integrated. Visualization and dialogue can be included to assist in the process.

     The result is great release and empowerment in the emotional and physical bodies.
