Cutting Cords and Letting Go

     Connections between ourselves and others, ourselves and our jobs, our loyalties, roles, and all other aspects of life have an energetic presence and can be worked on. Most individuals notice cords when they are in the middle of a transition or change from a relationship and feel the cords keeping them connected. This is an excellent time to visit the energy and consciousness of the cord and how each person is attached to it, and make the needed adjustments so that it may be more fitting to the present state and the vibrational level the individual is now at.

     Anytime we need to look at how our relationship with anything or anyone in our life can be improved - cord work is helpful.

This can be a simple short session, or for more deep or complicated situations, other forms of energy work and processes may be incorporated into the session.
