Alexassage - Intuitive Massage and Bodywork Session

     Alexa's intuitive massage matches whatever your body is requesting in each moment. Calling on her long experience of working with bodies both physically and energetically, she has developed an inner ear to hear what bodies are asking for, and deciphering messages coming through for her clients.

     Trained in several methods of bodywork and therapeutic massage, Alexa uses what is needed for your physical body relaxation, rejuvenation, and support.  

     This may involve using tools such as a few hot rocks or cups, topical ointments in small amounts, or energy work as needed and with permission.

      Alexa works with her clients to get the best possible outcome for each and every session.

     The result is decreased pain, increased mobility, vitality, ease, increased understanding and alignment with Self.
