Earthing Massage for Grounding 

     Return to Earth, ground your energies and balance your chakras.

     Sage smudging starts the session to clear off any energetic debri from places you've traveled along your journey.​

     Lay on a conductive "Earthing" or Grounding Mat, which creates an electrical connection between you and the earth. You will also receive the circulatory and anti-inflammatory benefits, too. 

     Doterra's Balance blend of Black Spruce, Ho Leaf, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus is inhaled and massaged into grounding points on your feet and ankles, and behind your ears, creating a circuit of connection from your head to your feet.

     Weighted tuning forks that comprise the 7th and 8th harmonics of the Schumann Resonance create a Vibration Bath through your body. Used together, they produce a binaural beat of 7.83 Hz, which is the average background pulse of the earth's atmosphere. These forks support alignment of our own electrical resonance with this grounding pulse.​​
