Shiodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic practice to balance the Doshas (the inherent elemental principles within us) for health, relaxation, stress-relief, and restoration of spirit.

     Warm oil infused with healing herbs is poured in a constant stream onto the client's forehead, softening tension in the head, and allowing the release of stressful thoughts.

     Energy lines of the body are opened with the oil and intentional touch, allowing for the reintegration of the body's natural energetic flow.

     Hot rock or crystal therapy is included, as well as hand, foot, neck and shoulder massage. 

     Excellent for balancing energies and releasing stress.
